I provided legal services, inter alia for a company from a biofuel industry, representing my Client during negotiations of contracts for supply of biocomponents with the largest multinational oil and gas companies worldwide from the United Kingdom, France, and the United States of America.

A brief introduction

I am a Polish attorney-at-law, member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Lublin, and a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

For the past 8 years, I have been providing legal services to entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on the following areas:

  • Incorporation, transformation, and liquidation of companies
  • Corporate services
  • M&A transactions, including share deals and asset deals
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Legal support for clients’ expansion into foreign markets – both within the European Union and beyond
  • Representation of clients in commercial matters before courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures (including mediation)

In the years 2017 - 2019

I conducted classes in Roman law at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

In the years 2016 - 2018

I collaborated with the Mises Institute as a translator of texts focused on economics and issues of economic freedom.

Apart from Polish and English, I also speak Latin and Ancient Greek.
