- If you use the contact form available on the website https://sobiech.legal/, the controller of your personal data contained in the form will be Arkadiusz Sobiech, running his business activities under the name Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Arkadiusz Sobiech (NIP: 5050127231), hereinafter referred to as the “Controller.”
- Your personal data will be processed by the Controller on the basis of:
a) Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) [hereinafter: “GDPR”] – on the basis of the consent of the data subject,
b) Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – for the purpose of taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,
c) Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – for the purpose of compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject,
d) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller. - The Controller is entitled to carry out the following personal data processing activities: collection, recording, storage, deletion, or restriction of processing of personal data.
- The processing of personal data is carried out to the extent of the data provided in the contact form by the person using it, in particular: first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address.
- The Controller may process personal data at least for the duration of the communication initiated by submitting an inquiry via the form, and after its completion – for the period necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on him by generally applicable law.
- The data subject has the right to:
a) request from the Controller access to personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as to object to processing and to data portability,
b) if the processing is based on consent – withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
c) lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul.
